Return & ReShip & Refund
At ChoiceTobacco.uk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to initiate a return.
- Return Window: Customers have 14 days from delivery to request returns.
- Return Method: To return an item, please send the product back to us by mail in its original packaging, ensuring it is undamaged.
- Condition: Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and by the original packaging unit.
- Non-returnable Items: Color or taste variations in tobacco are not valid reasons for returns.
- Return Fees: Returns due to our error (wrong or missing delivery) will be accepted with no return fees. For returns caused by customer error (wrong address, refusal of delivery, etc.), return shipping fees will apply and may be deducted from your refund.
- Reship & Lost Parcels: If your parcel does not arrive within 40 days due to postal delays or errors, we will either reship the item or issue a refund. Note that reshipping costs due to customer errors (incorrect address, name, or zip code) will be charged to the customer.
- Refunds:
- Full refunds for out-of-stock items after payment.
- Partial refunds when orders are canceled post-payment (payment provider fees apply).
- Partial refunds for refused deliveries due to damage (product cost refunded, shipping not refunded).
- Refunds deduct shipping costs if the return was due to customer fault.
- Cancellation: Customers can cancel orders anytime by emailing order@choicetobacco.uk.
